What
are chelated minerals?
Why are they better for me?
Minerals such as calcium,
iron, zinc, magnesium,
etc. can be very difficult
to absorb, especially for
the gastric bypass patient.
VistaVitamins features
mineral amino acid chelates
from Albion Laboratories,
Inc. Chelation is a process
where the mineral is bonded
(surrounded) to an amino
acid. The amino acid acts
as a protector and transporter.
This process is vital for
minerals to be absorbed

What is
the difference between Chewables
Wellness Formula and Wellness Plus
Capsules?
Our Chewable Wellness Formula
was designed to meet the
needs of the pre and immediate
post-operative gastric
bypass surgery patient.
This formula is slightly
lower in B vitamins to
prevent possible nausea
that is common shortly
after gastric bypass surgery
as your body adjusts to
the new form and function
of your gastrointestinal
tract. The wafers are pleasant
tasting and easily digested.
Our Wellness Plus Capsules
were designed for the post-op patient, at least 1-3 month(s)
out of surgery. Please
consult your physician
for the formulation that
best meets your needs.
What is the iVOW Auto-Refill
Program?
Without proper supplementation,
you risk deficiencies that

Our iVOW Auto-Refill Program is designed to help you

free. Enrollment is automatic

Do I have

No. We do offer the option
of placing a 1-Time order.
Can I adjust my auto-shipment timing?

too late or too soon, please

How
are they packaged?
VistaVitamins Wellness
Plus Capsules are packaged
in convenient AM/PM packets.
Each AM and PM packet contains
4 capsules and 7 AM/PM
packets are packaged in
a 1-week box. Wellness
Plus Capsules are sold
as an eight-week supply.
VistaVitamins Chewable
Wellness Formula is packaged
in easy-to-use bottles.
Each bottle is safety sealed
and contains 70 wafers,
a 2-week supply. The Chewable
Wellness Formula is sold
as an eight-week supply.
How much will they cost?
Chewables Wellness Formula
is $85.00 for an eight-week
supply or $75.00 when purchased
through the Auto-Refill
Program. That’s just $1.34 per day to support
your health goals.
Wellness
Plus Capsules are $75.00
for an eight-week supply or $65.00 when purchased
through the Auto-Refill
Program. This averages
to just over a dollar
a day.
Will I have to pay for shipping? How will it
be shipped? Can I have it shipped to another address? When will
I expect my order?
Standard shipping is $6.99
for each eight-week supply. Shipping is by UPS Ground. You may
have your vitamins shipped to another address other than your
home. Your vitamins will usually arrive in 5 to 7 business days
once they are shipped. Orders shipped via UPS are shipped Monday
through Friday only.

We currently ship to
street addresses only (no
PO boxes accepted as a delivery
address) within the United States. We use UPS to ship. Orders
are processed Monday through
Friday. Orders placed after
11:00am PST (Pacific Standard Time)
are processed the following
day. All orders placed after 11:00am
PST on Friday, Saturday or
Sunday are processed on Monday. We do not ship internationally
at this time.
Can I expedite
my order?
Yes. We can process 2-Day
and Overnight Orders. Orders
received before 11:00am Pacific
Standard Time are processed
the same day. Orders received after 11:00am Pacific Time
will be processed the next
day. Orders received after
11:00am Pacific Time Friday, Saturday,
Sunday will be processed
on Monday.
Do I have to pay
sales tax?
The states of California, Washington
and Massachusetts currently
require us to charge sales tax to customers with ship to
addresses in these states. Tax
rates vary based on your zip
code. If your order requires us to charge you sales tax,
the total tax will be displayed
during the checkout process.
Do I have to place an order by the Internet or can I
call?
You may call our toll-free
number at 866-418-2680 to
place your VistaVitamins
order. You may also place
your orders over the internet – CLICK

What forms of payment
does VistaVitamins accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover
credit cards. We also offer
payment by a money order
or cashiers check (no personal
checks) through our 1-Time
Order function. Your order is then
processed once payment is
received.
Problems with an
order?
If something is wrong with
your order, we certainly
want to help. Please call
the Customer Service Department
at 866-418-2680 as soon as
possible. A Customer Service
Representative will gladly
assist you with any necessary
changes. If you’ve decided to cancel an
order recently placed, please
send an email to customerservice@vistavitamins.com or call us toll-free at 866-418-2680 as soon as possible.
How do
return my product?
VistaVitamins® is committed to complete
customer satisfaction and we are dedicated to providing
our customers with quality
products. We will gladly issue
a refund for product that
you are not completely satisfied
within 30 days of purchase.
However, prior to returning
your product, you will first
need to obtain authorization
by calling 866-418-2680, 9:00am-6:00pm,
Monday-Friday, CST/CDT. Any
product(s) returned without
prior authorization will
not be refunded. Once we receive the unused portion
of your order, a full refund
will be sent to you.
How can
I update my credit card information?
You may update your credit
card at anytime by accessing
your personal online account
or by calling us at 866-418-2680.
Account
Access
If you would like to update
your account via the Web
site, please click on Member
Log-In. You will then be
asked to enter your email
address and your password.
At this point, you will have
the option of Account Maintenance
or Order History. In Account
Maintenance you can update your address, credit card
number, products, or cancel
your Auto-Refill Subscription.
Order History displays your
past shipments along with
the UPS tracking number.
Password
Forgot your password? In
case you have forgotten your
password, click on the “Forgot
your password” link on the Member Log In page. You will
be asked to “enter your email address” and “the
answer to the question” you specified as a reminder.
Give the correct answer and
you will receive an email
at the address you have provided
in your account. If this
address is incorrect or has
changed, you will not be able to receive
the email. Please call our
Customer Service Department

Will my insurance pay for
these vitamins?
Please consult with your
insurance company. They
will assist you in answering this
